And just in case you were wondering... I do not build Flash websites but I know several great Flash designers who can. I do not actually have a print shop but I can work with your printer (and I can help you find a reputable online or local printer). I do not remote diagnose computer hardware programs but I can warn you it is not a good idea to spill a bloody mary on your keyboard!
