And just in case you were wondering… I do not build Flash websites but I know several great Flash designers who can.  I do not actually have a print shop but I can work with your printer (and I can help you find a reputable online or local printer).  I do not remote diagnose computer hardware problems but I can warn you from experience it is not a good idea to spill coffee on your keyboard!
